Lignite Mine, Velenje
The complete sorting line for waste coming from the mine. The project included the sorting line with a funnel for pouring, a hydraulic bench for lifting with tipping, 30 m conveyor belt, (sorting) container with lines and supporting construction, magnet classifier, and device for shifting the communal containers. This line includes also the line for purification, repair and sorting of pit arches of different length, 8 components with pallet setting, including management and supervision.

Snaga, Maribor
Complete fixing of the area for waste sorting, including also the system ENVIRONMENTAL storage places.

The port Koper

We produced and installed the constructions and conveyor belts for the transport of coal and steel ore. Capacity 2000 tons/h, 600 m long, in total length of 1500 m
We produced and assembled the ENVIRONMENTAL system storage places, shelf storage places for hazardous materials and manipulation with them.

Droga Kolinska, Izola
We produced:

The complete plant for measuring raw materials for tea preparation (over 200 recipes), up to tea mixing (with automatic operation, adapted for the respective recipes) for transport and storage funnels for the respective lines at tea packing.
Inox fat melting plant, produced with double cover, with pipe network for melting and dosing fat in production.
Vacuum doser for dosing components of additives to food for children
Funnel with spiral transporter for sugar dosing

Etol, Celje
We produced:

Duplicator 1000 l for EX zone with Fluid mixers and management from control room (frequency management for regulation of revolutions)
Inox hydraulic bench for lifting payloads of 1500 kg with double shears
Automatic manipulator for filling into buckets and 200 l drums, complete with dosing
Automatic manipulator for drums with measuring for dosing frozen fruit.

Optyl Carrera, Ormož
We produced and installed:

ENVIRONMENTAL system shelf storage for hazardous materials, dim. 6200 x 3000 x 3000 mm
hydraulic press with connection system, with bale dimension 1200 x 800 x 800 mm for ejection

CS4000 mill (supporting) with a basket for pouring for milling materials and waste plastics from production, including a dosing manipulator and conveyor belt.

Three hydraulic benches for lifting, dimensions 3000 x 800 mm, platforms for lifting 1000 kg and lifting height of 1000 mm
Several different mechanical special purpose manipulators for handling metal drums up to 1000 kg weight.

Several different mechanical hydraulic manipulators adapted to the packing material of customers, with the lifting-lowering and dosing functions.

Line for filling buckets in the EX zone following ATEX regulations, which includes drive rails with rollers, bucket manipulator, automatic door and hydraulic bench for lifting with a wrapping device.
Pneumatic calcite transporter, a 30m3 tank with a vibration and exhaust bottom was delivered in the project. Aluminium DN 100 pipeline, complete with vacuum pump and supervision
Vacuum manipulator for drums of 300 kg metal payload in EX zone complete with ATEX certificates.

Krka, Novo mesto
We designed, produced, delivered and assembled (complete with documents) the following:

Several vacuum manipulators of 50 kg and 85 kg payload for sacks and cartons
Several manipulators for foil rolls as supplies for machines
Dose manipulators on the tablet lines
Several process manipulators for Mueller drums at mixer filling and homogenization and dosing of powder substances
Chambers for washing and drying, for washing tools following the GMP procedure complete with drying
Sterilization chamber complete with possibility for bringing in package material into sterile production
For extraction purposes we made several dosing containers, duplicator-reactor 1600l
Reactor containers with mixers and drives, of 630l, 1000l, 1600l and 2500l volume
Single and double layer cistern for raw materials, of 1000l, 2000l and 4000 l volume
CC 5000 mill complete with sorting cart for dry and wet media

Melamin, Kočevje
Design, production, delivery and assembly of:

Pilot line in EX zone. The line consists of a 630 l, 12 bar reactor with double mixers, with two dosing containers of 400 l volume at gauge probes, accompanying accessory and pumps, all this installed into a stand adapted for this.
Several different rollers for mixture application onto material complete with collectors
Vacuum transporter for dosing powder materials, in the set with the big-bag system.
