The company REVOD d.o.o., Slovenske Konjice, has over 20 years of experience and is present both on the local and on foreign markets. Our production experience, flexibility and dedication to innovations, readiness to accept new challenges, creativity in design and service quality, give us a guarantee for a successful operation in the future as well.

Our production program covers design and production, including delivery and assembly and user training. We supply the whole required, i.e. requested documentation for our complete solutions for our production program.

When required we include in our projects renowned experts and companies from Slovenia, as well as from abroad. Our products are made of diverse materials and constructions, which depends on the region for which the requested solution is required. We are permanently faced with a very wide scope of application, which requires an additionally high level of knowledge, greater efforts, rich experience, ability to adapt fast in the search for solutions, naturally all in the aim of a better quality and more complete offer on the market.

Our scope of activity is above all diverse manipulative equipment, with which we have over 20 years of experience. In the course of the many years of our company operation we have met many problems of our faithful partners, which we had solved successfully to our mutual benefit.

That our production is uniquely adapted to the individual orders of our customers and really directly ‘’custom made’’ to be integrated in their process, is sufficiently proven by the following information: during all the years of our operation it had not been possible to simply repeat or use twice any plan i.e. project.

Our production and sales program covers:

hydraulic benches for lifting, of various dimensions, shapes and capabilities for lifting cargo up to 10 tons. We offer a solution with double shears, both in the vertical and horizontal line, with protection bellows and protection railing on the platform, benches for lifting with tipping and low E benches.
hydraulic carts for lifting, of various sizes and payloads up to 1000 kg, with single and double shears, protected with safety bellows and quality wheels in the stand
electric console lifts of various suspension solutions, console, pillar, wall action, depending on requirements (left-right, front-back, up-down), in combination with electric drives or manual, depending on the frequency of action, payload up to 2000 kg.
vacuum manipulators, where the manipulator can be of a standard solution or adapted to the object, which we are shifting or transporting. The suction head on the manipulator is adapted to the process object and cargo up to 500 kg, with a solution of different support consoles. With the manipulator it is possible to lift different cargos, put them down, transport them with the aid of a rotation console left – right, and we can also rotate the cargo with the help of special heads for 900 or 1800. We install the vacuum manipulators both into standard working conditions and also in the EX zones.
conveyor belts, custom made to order from various materials inox, Alu – profiles or standard steel profiles of telescopic and horizontal solutions with the possibility for different inclinations and belt shapes (single part, double part or three part roller assemblies). The belts are of different quality, choice of material depending on the transport media requirements and required payload. The equipment is automatic, frequentatively steered and with different removers, telescopic transporters, fixed solutions or supporting.
special transporters, are elevators, spiral or standard worm solutions, of inox or standard steel profiles, adapted and made following customer requests. The construction and solutions are adapted to the field of operation in the EX zones following the Atex, in pharmacy following the GMP regulations, and in food industry following the HACCP.
process manipulators, this group consists of fully automatized cranes – manipulators, which have additional functions besides cargo manipulation (up-down, left-right, front-back), such as: mixing, dosing and homogenization of materials in different containers e.g. Mueller’s drums up to 200 l, different containers up to 1000 l, total cargo up to 1500 kg. The construction is adapted to the product itself and can be fully automatized or in combination with the individual phases of manual introduction of the respective functions. We use them above all in situations where a special regime of operation is required, such as GMP and HACCP.
independent complete solutions, this segment of our operation covers complete solutions of our partner’s problems, which our production program covers and this means several different elements, preparations, production machines, devices or assemblies, with special attention given to the humanisation of the working post.
